NATIONAL BEST FRIENDS DAY… YAY!!!

It’s time to decide how YOU’RE going to celebrate the first ever Cathy Cassidy National Best Friends Day… so you’re ready to join in the fun when July 4th rolls around! NBFD has kind of grown out of the annual My Best Friend Rocks comp… it’s a way EVERYONE can get together and celebrate friendship… with a little bit of cake stirred in for good measure, of course!
So… what do you need to do?
1. Check out the new NBFD page on the website and start planning your own party/picnic/sleepover for NBFD! There are lots of ideas, plus some cool downloads… everything you need to create your own extra-cool NBFD event! It’s all about friendship, fun, laughter… and cake! What’s not to like?
2. Join the Friendship Charter Challenge! I’d like 20,000 people to sign up to the CC Friendship Charter before NBFD 2010… it’s the perfect way to keep your friendship strong and show your best friends just how much they mean to you. Tell your classmates about it, too… let’s start off a friendship frenzy!!!
3. Come along to Waterstones, Piccadilly, London between 1-3-pm on NBFD itself, July 4th… and celebrate NBFD with ME!!! I will be signing copies of my new book Angel Cake, unveiling a giant Friendship Charte and launching NBFD in style! There will be Friendship Festival events, Random Acts of Kindness goodies and lots of yummy surprises… the event is free, so come along with your friends and celebrate NBFD with me!

WOW! i am one on the 6 finalists of MBFR along with my best best best friend in the world. so i guess this means we wont be lonely if loads of people will be there! can’t wait to meet cathy aswell and neither can minteyy 🙂 cathy, you should have seen our faces when we found our entry in mizz magazine! we screamed so loud everyone just stared staring at us! so we ran home to tell everyone the great news! thanks so much cathy:)

Yay!!!! Thank you sooooo much for choosing me too. It means an awful lot. Can’t wait to meet up with everyone else on the Team – well done guys! On 4th July I’ll be celebrating by getting all the girls I know to come along to a NBFD get together at my local bookshop in Wigtown. There will be loads of cupcakes, friendship stuff and your new book. I’ll get loads of publicity in the local paper yay!!! Thank you again! Zoexxxspreading the word

I wish my best friend and I lived in the same country.
My best friend lives in england, Nottingham to be exact, and I live in Melbourne, Australia. what should I do to wish her a happy NBFD? I won’t see her again until next year when my choir tours around europe.=(
oh well, at least I get to se her at all!

Hi!!!! its my sister’s school’s summer fete that day!!me and my best friend went 2 that skool so even though i wont make it 2 waterstones, i will b spending the day with my best mate! Rosa.
I am going 2 organise a surprise party 4 Lauren and Keira and Drew and Tiana and on the 3rd the friday before that, im going 2 give Jess, Liv, Zoe and Cady presents and secret meeting.
