Summer’s here AT LAST in the UK… for a while, at least!!! To celebrate the sun, get some inspiration from Sundae Girl and send me your ideas for the best-ever ice-cream sundae… the best will be posted online!
Here are some ice-cream cool recipes you’ve sent to me already…

BERRY & CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
vanilla ice-cream
raspberries
strawberries
chocolate sauce
chocolate buttons
Put a scoop of vanilla ice-cream in a tall glass, add a handful of strawberries, a small squirt of sauce & another scoop ice-cream. Then a handful of raspberries, more ice-cream… top with strawberries, chocolate sauce & chocolate buttons!

Layer fruit, ice-cream & sauce in a tall glass, top with squirty cream and add a fan wafer a glace cherry to crown it off. Yummy!

Banoffee ice-cream
Chopped banana
Toffee chunks
Toffee sauce
Put chopped banana in a bowl, add banoffee ice-cream and sprinkle with toffee chunks. Finish with a drizzle of toffee sauce…

I love deserts like strawberries and sugar or chocolate, chocolate souffle with strawberries, ice cream with loads of toppings, fruit, cake- I love too many desserts!! Curl up on your fave sofa, grab your fave grub and read a Cathy Cassidy book then relax….. Heaven…..

first put in your yummy toffe ice cream then add the scrumcious chocolate chips after that add loads of chocolate and toffe sauce and last of all put lots of crunchi toffe and chocolate

rassbery ripple with warm dark chocolate sauce and with 1 scoop of rich dairy cream, and with sprinkled almonds(but not like almonds grated chololate!!!!!
Ice Cream Floats
Vanilla Ice Cream(3 scoops)
A can of your fave fizzy drink eg Coke/Lemonade
Method – Pour half of can into tall glass and add a scoop of ice cream and stir,add the rest of your fizzy drink and more ice cream . This is totally nice !!!

MAPLE PECAN ICE CREAM SUNDAE EAT YOUR HEART OUT! Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a shallow glass. Add a generous sprinkling of pecan nuts and drizzle over the maple syrup. Add a wafer, glace cherries on sticks, or paper umbrellas to your liking! Enjoy!
