SUMMER’S DREAM…

I have just started work on the third Chocolate Box Girl book, Summer’s Dream… exciting! Just the kind of thing to put me in a summery mood, and right on cue, the sun is FINALLY shining! I have a feeling July is going to be awesome… there is so much going on!
I’ve just arrived in Cork for the extra-cool West Cork Literary Festival, and I’ll be in London later in the week… woo!! By then we should know the winners of the DREAM TEAM search, so watch the website for the results! Puffin will also make a start on the HUGE task of sifting through the hundreds of truly amazing entries for MY BEST FRIEND ROCKS 2011 and the equally fab entries for the COVER GIRL comp. I can’t wait to see the shortlists and make a start on choosing my favourites! All results will be posted on the website and in the free email NEWSLETTER as soon as we know them.

Like all the other comment…I LOVE YOUR BOOKS! it would be utterly amazing if you wrote coco and honey a book and would be a twist if you get Shay’s story soewhere in between! Keep on writing Cathy!! :-
Well I was shopping tonight and fancied a good read, and I saw the name Summer on ur book, picked it up and read the description, I have always had a daughter planned with my boyfriend, and we picture her exactly as you described on the book, Summer-Daisy (pictures of daisies were on the cover) with blonde wavey hair, beautiful blue eyes, popular, pretty, and as close to perfect as could be.. And thats almost what you wrote, when I have money i’m buying that book,, I feel a sense of attachment as if she were my child.. :-/
YAY!! I finished Summer’s dream in 2 hours. Please keep on writing Cathy Cassidy. Don’t ever stop!!!!!!

My first book was lucky star. I got it for my 10 b-day & Im hooked ever since then.
Cathy, I’m so excited for Summer’s Dream, there was a tattered copy in the shop, so I’m gonna wait for a nice copy of it!. I guess really, Coco is my fave, Chocolate Box Girl, cause she kinda reminds me of me. I can’t wait for Coco’s book to come out, I’m pretty sure it will be my fave. However, I’m interested in Honey’s side of the story, I’d like to see that!!!. You probably don’t remember me, Cathy, but you came to our school and I got your autograph!. I have to say the powerpoint on Cherry Crush was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
