Back to school time for readers in the UK and Ireland… if you’re struggling to settle in, we have some ideas that might help! There are LOTS of cool things in store over the next few months, and we need YOUR input and help to make them all happen… so read on!

hi cathy ! i really have been interested in your books ! i love poetry too and mr . allen poe has really inspired me with the tell tale heart and he too is a legend . but you mrs cathy, really inspire me to be an author. i have since written 2 books by inch length and really hope to have them published .[ hopefully before 2014.] i have read Scarlett and that book is so far my absolute fave ! there must be a number 2 ! ha ! how do you not get writer’s cramp ?!? thanx soo much for your inspiration !!! ——-your fan gylssa . aka –peaches

Like everyone who has left a comment, I think your books are amazing. I’m not going to say that I’m your biggest fan, because I’m sure you get hundreds of people saying all the time that they are (probably your biggest fan would be some colourful lookalike robot!) and you are probably a bit sick of that!
I have nearly always wanted to be an author (since I was six), but before that I wanted to be a waiter (not a waitress, though I’m a girl!).
I don’t really know what else to say, except that I’m a massive fan and to keep on writing!
That actually sounds a bit boring, because nearly everybody else has also written that. But oh well, everybody can be boring sometimes!

i have asked u 2 questions :), an u’ve replied to 1, so i’m waiting for the other one. ON’T BE SHOCKED, but i’ve never read any of ur books, so i’m thinking to go ahead and read one, though i on’t know which one to start with, plz do reply, maybe ur first book? an my 2 dream jobs are a teacher for my main one, and author for my other one cuz u can just write and publish 😉
