  4. This book is fantasic it has all the things which make a great book in one. It has a troubled teenager, an annoying little sister but things are turned around. The teenager becomes a big sister who the little sister admires and learns to love her new familly and the setting. There’s romance. A strange boy Kian (what a fantasic name) finds Scarlett and him and his horse looks after Scarlett. Theres tears and tantrums and smiles and joy.

  7. I have read all of Cathy Cassidys books but Scarlett was the best by far. I love it because its the story of a rebel who doesnt want anything to do with anybody until her life changes and she meets the strangest boy. Most books seem to be about a good persons life so I like the fact that Cathy Cassidy decided to be different and original. Usually the reader doesnt like the “bad” person but somehow Cathy makes Scarlett likeable by writing cleverly. The story also shows that we should aprieciate what our family do for us. Another thing it proves is that with good friends and an understanding family you can be the happiest person alive!!!!!!
