  4. Tbh i think personaly that Scarlett is an amazing story of a girl my age with a upsetting background, this story touched me as of what happened in the last few chapters. This book made me cry and only few books have done that e.g The Vampire Diaries: The Fury, My Story: Titanic and Another Cathy Cassidy Book: Dizzy. Its takes alot to make me tearful so a very well done to Cathy and i hope to read more and more of your fantastic books.

  6. The first day I bought ‘Scarlett’, I was curious as to know if I would like it or not, having read ‘Love, Peace and Chocolate’ a year previous and enjoying it. The book surprised me as Scarlett is a very real character, having difficulties with her parents’ split and being moved here and there like an unwanted parcel. I like how she has two sides to her; a hard, cool side and a more softer side, the way these sides are portrayed is so genious. I found it interesting when Holly blackmailed Scarlett, as little sisters are depicted as annoying and can easily get their own way due to their age. Each character was well-built and had their own purpose for being in the story and the storyline was intruiging. Well done πŸ™‚ xx

  8. Scarlett is a very moving book. There is much more to it than just a troubled girl meeting a striking Irish boy.
