  7. I think Scarlett has had so many obstacles to face in her life, that all her feelings and emotions are clogged up inside her they come out as anger and aggression. She’s a nice person inside and you start to see that side of her when she moves to Ireland.
This is a fantastic, magical book that I would reccomend to anyone who likes a good read.

  8. Scarlett was absolutely amazing!! It taught me a lot about myself too. I am sometimes really difficult and usually took it for granted that my mum would pull me out of trouble every time I got into it. Then I read Scarlett and it taught me a lot about myself! I actually felt as if the book was written about me. Keep writing amazing books Cathy – Your one of my favourite authors!

  9. I love all of your books, especially Scarlett and you have become a real inspiration to me; I have daydreams like you do, and i dont fulfill them very often, but your books have really inspired me to just let it all out.
I think that the magic of your books, and Scarlett in particular is that:

    A) It becomes impossible to put them down, and

    B) when it is coming towards the ending, i begin to acknowledge the ending, but then you put a twist in, that completely takes my mind off the scent to drag me in even more. I love your books and I wish you success with them. X
