  6. I thought Scarlett was a brilliant book! I love the way it showed how Scarlett had transformed from a stroppy, angry twelve-year old girl to someone who learns to enjoy life and make the most of what she has, and thinks more carefully about her choices. It’s set in a great area with the lough and forest, and strange boys riding on black horses… I have read it so many times, and would recommend it to all of my friends. The book really is like magic it’s so good! One of my favourites along with Gingersnaps! Cathy rocks!
