Lucky Star

Has Mouse met his match in new girl Cat?

‘Cat and Mouse,’ she says, grinning. ‘That’s cool!’

Mouse is doing his best to stay out of trouble. Cat is doing her best to land herself in it.

They’ve both had it pretty tough, so when they meet by chance, they thank their lucky stars. Weird and wonderful things happen when they’re together – but how long can it last? Because everyone has their secrets – and there can only be one winner in a game of cat and mouse. Can’t there?

I wish you can write more stories about Dizzy and Finn, Mouse and Cat because they’re great. I will continue to read your books. I think Gingersnaps is interesting.

  10. I wanted this book the first time I saw it, but my younger sister jumped in before me and she got it instead! I don’t mind so much any more because she lets me read it any time I want.

Lucky Star is one of the best Cathy Cassidy books, I would say. It is from a whole different perspective because it is from a boy’s point of view rather than a girl’s. It was full of surprises, emotion, love and friendship, and I thought it was AWESOME! I found myself growing very attached to Mouse, and I could picture it all perfectly in my head like a movie.

If you haven’t read this one yet, read it! It’s amazing! 🙂
