Lucky Star

Has Mouse met his match in new girl Cat?

‘Cat and Mouse,’ she says, grinning. ‘That’s cool!’

Mouse is doing his best to stay out of trouble. Cat is doing her best to land herself in it.

They’ve both had it pretty tough, so when they meet by chance, they thank their lucky stars. Weird and wonderful things happen when they’re together – but how long can it last? Because everyone has their secrets – and there can only be one winner in a game of cat and mouse. Can’t there?

Reviews of Lucky Star

  1. A brilliant book. But may I say that as much as I loved the astronomical influences in the story the bit about the telescope is highly inacurate. In London the light pollution prevents you from seeing many stars and all a telescope does is magnify those you can see. The orange haze wouldnt dissapear. It is difficult to find any stars with a telescope on your first try. I loved the book but I just felt the need to point that out, because astronomy is a hobby of mine. I ,like mouse, have glow in the dark stars on my ceiling. I have enjoyed the book immensley, it mentions my favorite band, my hobby, converses, and emos. It rocks!
