Lucky Star

Has Mouse met his match in new girl Cat?

‘Cat and Mouse,’ she says, grinning. ‘That’s cool!’

Mouse is doing his best to stay out of trouble. Cat is doing her best to land herself in it.

They’ve both had it pretty tough, so when they meet by chance, they thank their lucky stars. Weird and wonderful things happen when they’re together – but how long can it last? Because everyone has their secrets – and there can only be one winner in a game of cat and mouse. Can’t there?

  10. lucky star is by far my fav book. it is so cool! i have just been brought your new book gingersnaps and it came with another little book called icecream and dreams. i have literally just read the first part of it which has got a part of a story that has got cat and mouse in it. i really hope you write more books and storys about cat and mouse because they are so brilliant and im sure every one else thinks so too. i also really enjoyed indigo blue aswell and it nearly made me cry at the bit where misti kept crying and saying “bad inky!” it was so sad and sweet. you are definatly my fav author even though jaqueline wilson is high on my list. i always wondered if you knew jaqueline wlson and whether you are friends. for some reason i am not able to get onto her website at the moment and would love to meet her one day and also i would love to meet you one day too! lucky star took me three hours to read bcause i just couldnt put it down, it was so exciting! Xxx
