I thought lucky star was the best book i have read by cathy cassidy.. I thought it was absoutley BRILLIANT!! I would recommend it to everyone! PLEASE READ IT! XXxx

I cried…I laughed…I smiled….I loved it…cat and mouse 🙂 …Great names….Two compleatly different people…But they love each other….with complications….Lucky the dog…CUUUTEEE…HAHA….I could seriousley see this becoming a film…..and a really good one too i think im going to read this book again…Now…right now…Im guna pick it off my shelf and read it haha..

I adore the book Lucky star because it is refreshing to read about violent, tangles lives as well as one boy who has had a hard life, which gets harder when he meets trouble – loving Cat. A game of Cat and Mouse… definitely a ***** rating!
When I first opened the book to the first page and saw that letter (that Mouse sends to the Headmaster) at the beginning, i thought it would be just a normal, nothing-special book. But, i decided to read on because I read Cathy’s other books before, and they are all really extremely brilliant and amazing! I read on, and when Cat was introduced to the story I was sooooo interested in the story. I kept reading and reading, and it developed into such an AMAZING story! I couldn’t believe it when I worked out that this was a follow on from Dizzy! I thought i recognised the name Mouse from somewhere!
I laughed, cried and also thought so deeply about the story and the meaning while I was reading. Then, at the end I felt really sorry for Mouse because he was in trouble, but it was Cat’s idea. Then, he finds out that she is not fourteen, like him. SHE IS ONLY TWELVE!!! Plus, she lied about her brother Josh, coming home. Because she lied to him i felt angry at her, and sorry for Mouse. I was also disappointed that Cat wasn’t what she seemed to be. I still liked her though. But then, i felt sorry for Cat too because she’d been through hard times, and she did care about Mouse, even though she lied.
My favourite part of this book is when Mouse meets Finn, Leggit and of course, Dizzy again! I cried because it was so happy! I also like all the missions and adventures that Mouse and Cat go on together. Another bug, important part is . . . I was laughing at first when Cat came to Mouse’s school, the way she walks in will be unforgetable! But then i got angry because Mouse was angry too. There are loads of other great parts, but not enough room on this book review page! I’m sure you will all want to read other people’s reviews too!
This book is packed with Drama, Laughter, Tears and a really good story. About my favourite character. . . I can’t choose between Mouse and Cat!
Everyone reading – get this book NOW! I MEAN IT!
No, Seriously. It’s really, really, really good. I read it in about two hours after i came back from school!

if your a romantic reader this is the book to read.there are some romantic bits and some sad bits as well as happy bits this was one of the best books i read from cathy’s books.
I HONESTLY RECOMEND THIS LOVLY ROMANCE BOOK . somthing unusual happened to me when i read it coz there was a tingly feelin when i read the romantic bits about cat and mouse g2g!!
