My fave book ever is Angel Cake but I really liked Gingersnaps because I was in the same position as Ginger. My best friend was cool and everyone liked her. But then another girl came into the friendship and my bff was horrible to her but i was nice. my bff always bossed me about and reduced me to tears. I finally got the courage to stand up to her and end the friendship after reading Gingersnaps. Thanks xxx P.S – I have heaps of TRUE friends now who likes me for who I am .

I love this book! It says everything that a normal teen goes through, and i love it when ginger and sam have their first kiss! so exiting!

This book was fantastic I absolutely loved it. I liked this book because it taught me the meaning of friendship and how friendships won’t last forever but your family will always be there for you. This book also is good for girls who want to regain their confidence and be themselves. You are now my favorite author and I can’t wait to read the rest of your books.
Gingersnaps is amazing, the best book yet, my favourite bit is when Shannon has the party, and when Sam forgives Ginger, your books are fab, and you have made me want to be a writer.
WOW. My word to desribe Gingersnaps: WOW. Ginger takes you an emotional journey through being bullied, making a friend and changing herself: inside and outside. I loved reading gingersnaps and would TOTALLY recommend it to everybody. It is a fab book and a great joy to read. It shows you that you are who you are, you can’t run away from that.
