OMG this book was so awesome. I read it like fifteen times. I love this book. when I first read it I couldn’t put it down
when i read the title i thought of all kinds of things but thought it wouldn’t hurt to read a little bit of the book. as soon as i had read the first page it made me feel like i was in the book and i couldn’t put it down however hard i tried. i read the whole thing in two days. everytime you looked at my i would be reading gingersnaps. it has never taken me such a short time to read a book before. next i am hoping to be able to read angel cake. i am looking foward to reading it and i hope it has the same effect on me as ginger snaps.
I’m hooked on books and couldn’t put Gingersnaps down for a couple of hours. It is just so real-life and the realisation that what happened to Ginger and Emily is happening right now was pretty jolting. My fave characters (apart from Ginger)were Shannon and Emily. Marvellous book!

I think Gingersnaps was good because it really captuered the view of how a bullied girl can change so much if she puts her mind to it. But it also sends out an important message – Be true to yourself, not your best friend.
