Driftwood is a fabulous book! My favourite character was Paul, because he sounded so cute, and he was only being himself! I nearly cried when reading about him! I’d defo give Driftwood 10 out of 10!
OMG I absolutely LOved this book. It was so touching, fun and sweet. Cathy adds all the best things to her books to make them absolutely perfect!

I love the ending when it all turns happy again! So whta if someone wants green hair or wants to wear make-up its their choice their life! I would love to be wild and exiting like the charecters in all your books they are so funand such a good read! xxx
This book is amazing, it inspired me to start writing. All your books are great but Driftwood was so real, i could imagine all the characters and their problems clearly.
The book was soooo sad and happy at the same time!! Poor Paul…..He was bullied because he was different:( That’s not fair!! Loved the book though. Cathy please write more!! Iv’e run out now! Iv’e read all your books!!!!!!!
i’ve read three of ur books and i luv everyone of them,i’ve read driftwood,sundae girl and dizzy,my fave is sundae girl..i love carter in it,he’s so sweet.Today i hope to go buy lucky star and ginger snaps from my fave book store,which by the way has most of cathy’s books. I actually feel happy i havn’t read all your books because i still have lots to look forward to reading.You see if i start a cathy book i can’t stop reading until i’m done.luv ya cath,pls write 10 more so if you ever die or stop writing the other cathy luvers and i can still read your books,bye.
Driftwood is a fantastic book.
I finished reading it in one day because I was so hooked on to it.
It’s so sad when the boys start bullying Paul, Hannah’s brother Kit included. Paul was lucky to have Hannah there to be his friend through everything.
It was heartbreaking when Paul had to leave, and I loved the ending when he came back.

I have just finished reading Drfitwood. All I can say is WOW! It’s amazing! I really like Paul’s character; different, stands-out, tough life. ‘Ya know? Over-all, the books fab.

I loved this book it was great. I read it in like 3 hours, couldnt put it down!! Cant wait to read her other books. x
