‘I feel like I’m losing my best mate . . .’
Hannah and Joey have been best friends forever – just the two of them. But when Joey’s new foster brother, Paul, turns up, everything changes. First Joey falls for Hannah’s brother, Kit. Then Paul complicates things – with some kittens, a chocolate bar and a stripy pink bicycle.
Hannah’s world is turning upside down. Can you rescue a friendship when it’s drowning? Can you save a friend in trouble – if they don’t want to be saved?
I have read this book so many times I can recite hole passages! AND I STILL cry at the end !!!!! Its such a hart warming book about friendship, love and sticking up for friends when they need you. Another amazing book from Cathy, teaching us a lot!
I loved this book soooooooo much!!! It was just great, I want to read all the other books too. But I can’t read them because I don’t have money to buy them. How I wish I could download the book for free from the website! I live in India. Thanks Cathy!
😉

This is really a cool book!omg this book is really interesting and amazing.i love it!
coco,
hi i really want to read the book it sounds good
This book is amazing xxx I’m going to recommend it to my friends
My friend used to dismiss this book as “for kids” when I’d talk about it, but that’s totally not true. Hidden in this awesome book is a lot of serious subjects like self-farm and homophobia, but it doesn’t shout about these themes and sneaks them in carefully so we feel real empathy for the characters.
the book is amazing it just shows it
i really loved this book! when Kit and his mates try to make Paul look gay and the chapter where Paul swam to the island is so sad that i could not stop crying! i wish Paul was my best friend- i just love him so much!!!!!!!!
absoulutly love this book amazing its amazing to see waht bullying can make someone do . read nearly all youre books over and over again i defiantly recomend this book to anyone who hasent read it yet. I <3 IT !!!!!!
