Cherry Crush

CHERRY. Dark almond eyes, skin the colour of milky coffee, wild imagination, feisty, fun . . .

Cherry Costello’s life is about to change forever. She and Dad are moving to Somerset where a new mum and a bunch of brand-new sisters await.
And on Cherry’s first day there her head is turned by the gorgeous Shay Fletcher.
But Shay already has a girlfriend, Cherry’s new stepsister, Honey. Cherry knows her friendship with Shay is dangerous – it could destroy everything. But that doesn’t mean she’s going to stay away from him . . .

  3. Cherry crush is an amazing book. The idea of the book was genius. Family. This is were all the drama starts, although cherry crush was sweetened with cherrys! However, when them very cherrys get dipped into honey they could get themselves into trouble by all the bumble bee’s in the hive. I loved the traditional ornaments and little stuff that meant so much to Cherry (even if it was in her head) The fascinating climate was when Cherry fell for Shay, Honeys boyfriend. Honey sensed everything, even when love just began. In my opinion Honey wasn’t entirely at fault for being stuck up because deep down you could visualise her remorse and sorrow from being distanced from her father. Cherry Crush is a delightful book. I would give it 10 / 10 <3 I hope there could be a movie too.

  10. Cherry and her Dad live in Glasgow, eating misfit Taystee bars, and getting through life very slowly, very boringly. Thats until Cherry’s Dad, Paddy, gets a new girlfriend. Charlotte is quirky, eccentric, amazing, beautiful and fun. She often comes up to Glasgow to soak up the Scottish rain, and go on dates with Paddy and Cherry. Paddy and Cherry decide to move up to Somerset, where Charlotte and her four daughters live – Skye, Summer, Coco, and Honey. 3/4 sisters love her from the very beginning, but Honey just cannot get along. It does not help that Honey has a drop-dead-gorgeous boyfriend, Shay, who adapts to sleeping beneath the stars and accidentally falling for Cherry. This book is full of twists and turns, exciting bits and sad stories. It’s got your fingers trembling as you turn the page, – a complete 10/10!
