Cherry Crush

CHERRY. Dark almond eyes, skin the colour of milky coffee, wild imagination, feisty, fun . . .

Cherry Costello’s life is about to change forever. She and Dad are moving to Somerset where a new mum and a bunch of brand-new sisters await.
And on Cherry’s first day there her head is turned by the gorgeous Shay Fletcher.
But Shay already has a girlfriend, Cherry’s new stepsister, Honey. Cherry knows her friendship with Shay is dangerous – it could destroy everything. But that doesn’t mean she’s going to stay away from him . . .

  2. I never knew anyone else had the same problem as me!! My jaw dropped while reading Cherry Crush. I can identify so strongly with Cherry. I have the same problem as her – telling lies to try and fit in. I am trying to cure it but sometimes, before I can even think it through, an amazing fantasy just flies out of my mouth! It becomes very stressful – sure, people think you’re interesting…but you have so many things to keep track of! As I read Cherry Crush I realized that not only might other people have the same problem (I thought I was such a wierdo!!), but someone has even written a whole book about it! Cathy, your book helped me discover what I have been struggling to realize on my own – that I don’t have to lie about myself, but just to BE myself! Thank you!!

  3. Cherry Crush is a fantastic opener to Cathy Cassidy’s Chocolate Box Girls series. Cherry Costello is a Glasgow teenager, but when they move to Somerset to live with her dad’s girlfriend, Charlotte and four sisters, Skye, Summer, Coco and Honey, her life changes forever. But with a stolen relationship, an unhappy girl and a whole lot of stories, will Cherry settle in to the new life she wanted so much?

  8. I fell in love with this book, and I have fell in love with the characters, although I cannot imagine the other books will live up to its standards, I read it in about 2 days, at first just a paragraph or two, but today I read it for a whole day, plus I already read it last year, but still amazing
