i love all of cathy’s books but i think this one stands out the most ! i like the idea of all the scrummy cakes too!
ihave just finnished reading angel cake and i must say its not my favourite , i found it and easy read but without a very good story , very pridictible and an abrupt ending but nevertheless cathy you are a good writer ! keep shining 😀
This book is the best. I have read Ginersnaps, Driftwood, Sundae Girl and Angel Cake and this book is the best by far!

I read this book in just a day or 2!!!(like I always do with cathy cassidy`s books because they`re sooooo good!!!)I loved this book it made me realize how hard it would be to to move to somewhere where you didn`t know anyone or any of their language it was wonderful how Anya gradually made friends and started to understand dan.I have now read all of your books,and am waiting for another brilliant book to get into!!!
Angel Cake is soo good just like all your other books. I read angel cake in 3 and a half hours!! I cant wait for your next book to come out.;pp

I thought Angel cake was a brilliant story about a foreign girl who moves to england and can’t speak a word of english! i think it helps people who are foreign and shows that your real friends are people who don’t think you are a freak and like you for who you are. It’s a great book. well done Cathy!

hi cathy i have just finished reading angel cake and it was britlliant i bought it while my mum was in hospital and it really cheeared me up i hope you write more books i look forward to getting your next one when it comes out
Angel cake was one of the best books I have EVER read. I read a few chapters then predicted what would happen in the net few, then read them chapters and so on. It was really really good. I wanted it to carry on when it had finished! I wanted it to carry on so much, I have started to write the next few chapters. It was really good!!
