Honey is going to live with her dad in Australia. Determined to make a fresh start, she couldn’t be further away from the tough times at Tanglewood.
Her new life is a dream come true – until school begins. The girls are different from Honey’s friends in England and the only person who seems to understand her is the cute boy from the beach she’s chatting to online. But when he, the girls at school and even her dad start breaking promises, who can she trust?
All alone on the other side of the world, Honey’s past is about to catch up with her . . .

This book is such fun to read. I read it in 2 days. I give this a five star rating. Please make more of these fantastic books !!!
Sweet Honey is probably my favourite book in the Chocolate Box Girls series, though of course they are all fab. Honey is an extremely interesting character. Upfront she appears to be a confident, wacky, boho-chic rebel, with a bad girl reputation and a habit of getting into major trouble everywhere she goes. But is there more to her than that? Is there a sad, lost person behind the mask? Read Sweet Honey and find out! Also, Sweet Honey is set in Australia, which makes it kind of different to the rest. We’re used to seeing Kitnor pebbly beaches and bonfires and toasted marshmallows and panda hats and the gypsy caravan, but not in Sydney. In Sydney, Cathy paints us a picture of clear turquoise pools, surf boys and tanned girls, iced smoothies and beach parties, heart-shaped sunglasses and Ash, a guy with blue-black hair and an easy smile, who might just help Honey sort out her messed up life. Enjoy Sweet Honey! And see if Honey is really sweet, or just sour . . .?
