I really really enjoyed reading Sweet Honey. It was so so nice. I hope you carry on writing books.
Cathy, ur books are the best and ur the best author in the world. Whenever i read it i feel like i am the main character inside the story. Sweet Honey is my most fav book of all. I pre ordered the book Sweet Honey very early but right after i got it , i read it in the day anf in the night while in bed secretly. My mom caught me red handed while reading the book in bed at night and she was not happy abt it. I can’t wait for Fortune Cookie to be out!
I wish that the Chocolate Box Girls never ended! I can’t believe that it has to end with Fortune Cookie though I can’t wait to read it! I guess all good things must come to an end… I had a packet of three of the first books for my 8th or 9th Birthday and didn’t touch them until I was ten because my older sister was going to see Cathy at her secondary school! I got so jealous that I started to read Summer’s Dream and from then Cathy has been my favourite author. Before I wouldn’t touch a book unless it was a comic and only really Adventure Time! I still love reading them but I read a full one in half an hour!
I have just finished this book this morning and this book is absolutely amazing.Honey has also got a sweet side of her and really wants a fresh start with her Dad in Australia, who she hasn’t seen in a very long time. Unfortunately, Honey finds that Australia isn’t really a fresh start and finds some traumas encountering her journey. She is my second favourite character in The Chocolate Box Girls series and you must read.
I didn’t expect this book to be as enthralling and interesting as it was. I thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. Having not read the rest of the series, I didn’t know the former plotline; however, that didn’t matter. I was immediately immersed into a gripping plot which urged me to keep turning the next page. In addition, the book is written in the modern day and age which makes it rather relatable and allows the reader to empathize with Honey. Furthermore, I personally did not take cyberbulling very seriously, not aware of how serious it can, having never been a victim or a bully of it, this jolted me back to the severity of bullying in general. The novel has undertones of solemnity which do not overpower the story but instead add to it and make it, all in all, a very enjoyable read.
I found it a fantastic story and will now go on to endeavour to begin reading the rest of the series.
Yours faithfully.
Omg,i love your book!Seriously you are my favorite auther ever!I simply can’t choose a fav book out of your books, they’re so good! I read Sweet Honey about five times before i returned it to the library. I can’t wait to read Fortune Cookie.

It is so back-2-life and real.
I got this on my Kindle and it’s amazing! Poor Honey when that hateful Surfie16 hurts her. I was like Honey, thinking it was Riley – and it wasn’t!

I’m only half way through the book but I love it but I’m scared for honey that the mysterious spiderweb person will come to her house
