Honey is going to live with her dad in Australia. Determined to make a fresh start, she couldn’t be further away from the tough times at Tanglewood.
Her new life is a dream come true – until school begins. The girls are different from Honey’s friends in England and the only person who seems to understand her is the cute boy from the beach she’s chatting to online. But when he, the girls at school and even her dad start breaking promises, who can she trust?
All alone on the other side of the world, Honey’s past is about to catch up with her . . .

This book was soooooooo awesome! I was sad at some points (at one point I was actually crying!) but then it got happy! So I have to say…
THIS IS THE CATHY CASSIDY BOOK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sweet Honey has got to be one of the most unpredictable books I’ve ever read. She is so naughty, but deep down I reckon she has a heart of gold! Out do all the books, this has got to be the best! Cathy. Keep writing like this and you will be a superstar! I believe in you 100% !!!!! X
Hello! I found this video very good as it was similar to the actual book that has just come out. I think Honey is my favourite character as she reminds me of my old best friend who used to be a real wild child, similar to how Honey appears to be throughout the series and especially in ‘Sweet Honey’. However, even though Honey appears to be wild, she is also quie sensitive about her Dad leaving and never coming back and she seems to grieve a lot throughout the series about how far away her dad is because he’s all the way over in Australia, but thankfully, she goes and lives over there in the final book of the series, which in my view is a big and extravagant step for a girl of fifteen. But nevertheless, she’s got courage which is what we all need at the end of the day in order to get through life.
But this video is a brilliant sketch for the readers of Sweet Honey, and I hope there will be more videos like this one on the novel!!! 🙂 xoxo
It’s jakes point of view right??? I wonder how he is their half brother ??!!!!!
I really had no idea that books are going to come in the series after Sweet Honey! Not that I’m complaining though! Im really excited to read Fortune cookie after uI finish Sweet Honey! Personally im liking Sweet Honey because I am a LOT like her!
I loved Sweet Honey it was amazing although I could never compare it to Cherry Crush because I am a bit like Cherry myself. Cathy Cassidy is definitely my favourite author. My sister is like Honey and by other sister is definitely exactly like Summer.
I loved this book! It must be terrible for Honey, as soon as she gets away from her troubles, they follow her, right round the other side of the world! I couldn’t put the book down, whenever I started to read it, my bedroom melted away and I found myself In Australia! I thought this book was fabulous, altogether… a great read!
I love Sweet Honey. All of the chocolate box girls describe how in-love they are with their crush. Even if they’re evil, they sound so nice. I like Ash, he’s my favorite chocolate box boy. I can’t believe all the drama through the other books from honey to go and see her dad was a waste of time. The Dad seemed really nice through the books, apart from the fact he left them (of course), and then Honey figures out who he really is, a mean, cruel man who can’t stick staying with one person for too long. This book made me, in a way, comfortable. If I was you I’d say that you need to go and buy a copy of this, and allow yourself to get enticed in the book.
I find all your books AMAZE-BALLS!!
Just finished this book this morning. It was so good I cant even put the book down to read another one of your lovely books. At the end I literally screamed because I cannot wait till Fortune Cookie comes out. I hope you don’t stop writing books!!!
