Summer has always dreamed of dancing, and when a place at ballet school comes up, she wants it so badly it hurts.
Middle school ends and the holidays begin, but unlike her sisters, Summer has no time for lazy days and sunny beach parties. The audition becomes her obsession, and things start spiralling out of control . . .
The more Summer tries to find perfection, the more lost she becomes. Will she realise – with the help of the boy who wants more than friendship – that dreams come in all shapes and sizes?

I love this book. It was the first Cathy Cassidy book I’ve ever read and was amazing! The cover was gorgeous, who designs your books? I gave my friends an extract of it and some of the recipes we could make together. I know I’m not a dream team member but I have started to spread the word! Can’t wait till there are dream team spaces left!
i am just like Summer! i am very serious about dance ( especialy ballet ) and the little girl dream has stuck too. brilliant book by the way ! 🙂

This was the first book I read and I’m glad it was because it definatly got me into reading,it’s an awesome book and hope others agree that it’s a must-read book.
P.S-whoever hasen’t read this needs to go to the book shops,shops and llibrary and read it NOW!!!!!!
This a brilliant book. It shows how hard dancing could be. I have never really done any dancing before and I have never looked at that side of it before. When I read the other two books I would never have thought Summer would have became anorexic. This book shows how dieting can turn into something much bigger! I love the series and cannot wait until the others come out! : )

Oh my gosh! I can’t wait for Honey’s and Coco’s book to come out! I’m guessing Honey’s book will be about her going to boarding school because it didnt mention something like that in Cherry Crush AND Marshmallow Skye and i can’t wait! But rember i’m just guessing! I wonder what coco’s boomw ill be about?

I Ioved Summer’s Dream it ws brilliant. I have also read Cherry Crush and Marshmallow Skye and they were brilliant too. I am a lot like Skye and Summer the little girl dream is stuck in my head too. I really love Ballet. I cant wait for Honey and Coco’s books to be published. 🙂
