Summer has always dreamed of dancing, and when a place at ballet school comes up, she wants it so badly it hurts.
Middle school ends and the holidays begin, but unlike her sisters, Summer has no time for lazy days and sunny beach parties. The audition becomes her obsession, and things start spiralling out of control . . .

Hi! I love the Chocolate box girls series. I have Cherry Crush and Summer’s Dream, so I just need Marshmellow Skye now! When I got Summer’s Dream, I couldn’t put it down! In the 4 days that I have had the book, I have read it 3 times!!! Can’t wait for Coco Caramel and Honey’s book. I think it could be called Hidden Honey, because there is a side to her that is hidden… Also I would love it if there was a prequel to Cherry so you can find out more about her. I think I am most like Summer because I am a perfectionist.
This book is amazingly touching and I’ve never read anything like this before. I enjoyed it throughout, I can’t wait for =Coco Caramel. It’s going to be amazing!

I absolutely loved Summer’s Dream!!! I don’t like ballet but I really got into the story and I found myself holding my breath in parts. Really great book, Cathy!! I can’t wait for the others in the series!!!:)
Summer’s Dream was a very good book for me because some times I felt the same way as Summer but now I dont! This book changed my mind about myself!
