Hi Cathy! Well I’m from Australia and it’s the Summer holidays over here, that means 6-10 weeks of non stop fun and no school! Yess!!! And we have seen the hottest days in my state since 1809 or something and the hottest night aswell! It’s so strange to think that you guys are having the cldest days, while we’re having the hottest days! I would love to live in the England, I think it would be awesome! THe snow was amazing. i built two snowman one with a top hat which was cool. i got snowed in as well it took me hour an dhalf to get to school when it usally takes 15mins and that was when i was able to get to school the other days i was snowed in becuase i couldn get of the drive;) im glad its gine now though so i dont get hit at school by snowballs they all went for the little year sevens it wasnt fairxx!!

The snow was a lot of fun I had a snowball fight with my mates and my sisters but it got kinda out control and I got ice down my back it was absolutely blooming freezing!!!

The snow was great! On the first day it fell school was cut short so when we got home me and my younger brother went in the garden and made the body of our first snowman but the next day when we went to do the head I knocked it over and broke it over! It was hilarious but there were a lot of tears although I loved the snow I’m glad it’s gone because now I can actually leave the house! Yay! P.S It’s almost my birthday so wish me a happy one, Cathy =)

Hi Cathy, it’s been soooo crazy where i live with all the snow and stuff….we have had loads of time off school. But unfounately i have one of those head teachers that will not close the school, even if there’s a hurricane! So on the first day back, it was snowing like craaaaazy and we went in, only to go back home after half an hour! If you dont mind me asking, what is cherry crush? i know it must be a new book but….could you tell me more? anywaays,better be off now, my mum’ll start to think i’m addicted to the laptop! Awwww, I wish it snowed in Australia this time of year! down where I live, it is very hot! I would love to have it snow down here, but we only see snow once or twice a year (and not in town, only when we go up it the mountuns!) Hi Cathy! I had a great time in the snow and so did my puppy Badger! She tried to eat the snowballs me and my sister where making and she barked like mad! I also made snow angels, rolled down our very steep garden hill, and went sledging with my sister and my neighbours down our lane screaming! We where so cold that we had hot chocolates outside which was yum! Anyway I hope you enjoyed the snow Cathy but its a shame its all gone now! Lots Of Love From Your Biggest Fan Lily x

Noel, every writing comp is open to READERS ALL AROUND THE WORLD and they do clearly state this… so yay, you can enter! We always have entries from all over the globe, which is why the judging takes a while – there are so many – and why the standard is so high. This time, one winner came from Czech Republic and one from Sri Lanka! Go for it, & good luck. xxx

Here in Gloucestershire we had loads of snow. We had about 6 inches at home at the most. we made a snowman that melted and an igloo.I had loads of fun. But Im glad that it melted cos I got a bit sick of being cold and bored cos the snow wasn’t good enough to make a snowball at the end, so it was real boring. **:):):):):):);););)

Here in Colchester we had quite lots of snow.My headmaster doesn’t like the school closing but that week that was the big freeze was my birthday and my school was open on my birthday, so i didnt go to school becausei was snowed it so i stayed at home made a birthday cake and made snowmen out in my garden and i got bored and bored cos all my friends were at school, also i got sick of the snow cos it was boring and made accidents were happing and it was boring cos the things me&friends wanted to do, we couldnt do it so we got quite annoyed! :)
