Emily wrote to me asking…
“I’ve just been on your website & found out about sundae girl. it looks fun! I read shout all the time & love your answers to the problems. how on earth do you work for shout & write books at the same time?”
Emily, I’m pretty busy, but I’d like to go on doing the agony aunt pages for Shout – I like helping people, although I can’t answer personal problems here on the website! The books take up most of my time, though – I’m planning my 7th book now!

I really love your books. I especially like Dizzy and Scarlett as they are really vivid. I love the fact that most of your characters have really unusual names. I was disappointed when I finished your last book as there were no more left to read!

I have recently read your book SCARLETT (twice, i looved it sooo much). What I admire about your books is the romance side of things. I think every girl wants to live in a cute cottage, have an adorable little sister, a mysterious boy after you, and have a real rockin induvidual style. Now, every time i go into a book store i always ask if there are any new books of yours out. I’ve placed an order for 3 of your books and am still waiting for SUNDAE GIRL to come out in Australia.Thanks for filling my afternoons with pleasure with your amazing books!

We had to bring a book to school for english and I took in indigo blue. I just wanted to say… if you stay up late and read a cathy cassidy book you will feel the magic!

hi, ive read 3 of your books scarlett, lucky star and sundae girl. my fave is scarlett coz it was a magical book, but i like cat as my fave character coz shes so confident xx keep up the good work.
