Lucky Star Launch...
Just days to go till my new book Lucky Star is published in the UK… yay!!!! It’s in the shops on August 2nd, so reserve your copy now… don’t miss out! If you live in or near London, bring your copy along to the Lucky Star Friendship Festival 1-6pm at the Innocent Village Fete in Regents Park, London, on either Saturday 4th or Sunday 5th August – you can meet me, get your book signed and join in with the fab activities around my camper van! Summer’s here AT LAST in the UK… for a while, at least!!! To celebrate the sun, get some inspiration from Sundae Girl and send me your ideas for the best-ever ice-cream sundae… the best will be posted online!

BERRY & CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
vanilla ice-cream
raspberries
strawberries
chocolate sauce
chocolate buttons
Put a scoop of vanilla ice-cream in a tall glass, add a handful of strawberries, a small squirt of sauce & another scoop ice-cream. Then a handful of raspberries, more ice-cream… top with strawberries, chocolate sauce & chocolate buttons!

vanilla & strawberry ice cream
strawberry sauce
squirter cream
Layer fruit, ice-cream & sauce in a tall glass, top with squirty cream and add a fan wafer a glace cherry to crown it off. Yummy!

Banoffee ice-cream
Chopped banana
Toffee chunks
Toffee sauce
Put chopped banana in a bowl, add banoffee ice-cream and sprinkle with toffee chunks. Finish with a drizzle of toffee sauce…

Pecan ice-cream Chopped nuts (crush cornflakes if you’re allergic to nuts) Sliced banana and a bit of chocolate sauce makes a totally great sundae. Xxx, J

BERRY SUNDAE berry ice cream, fresh berries of any kind strawberry or rasperry sauce Gummi bears or fruit sweets
Put as many scoops of berry ice cream as you like into a tall glass. Add the berries and sauce, then gummi bears, or fruit sweets… mmm!!!!
